FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: flavoured spirit vinegar contains spirit vinegar for food purposes, the vinegar base is represented by acetic acid being produced by biochemical method and related ingredients represented by the following natural flavouring agents: "Lemon-Lime AN1553" in an amount of 0.25% or "Vanilla AN1500" in an amount of 0.25%.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve organoleptic indices and physical-and-chemical properties of the product and impart original aromas of lemon and vanilla not specific to vinegar.
