FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: signal from a tachograph is generated, which contains information about current time and time intervals, when the vehicle was moving. A signal is generated from a driver's map, containing information on time of driver's operation in a trip and about time of their rest. The current fatigue value is calculated according to the scale Karolinska Sleepiness Scale, as well as predicted fatigue values (according to the scale Karolinska Sleepiness Scale) for the driver within the specified time interval in the future using attention model (for instance, sleep/wake predictor) on the basis of the specified signal from the tachograph and/or signal from the driver's map. Calculated current and predicted fatigue values are ordered for transmission into a control unit to determine control signals for a system of prevention about driving beyond the traffic lane and a system of automatic emergency braking on the basis of specified fatigue values. A vehicle is also proposed.
EFFECT: development of an improved system of safety maintenance for a vehicle, which is easier to use than existing systems, and which provides for accounting of various modes of activity and rest of different drivers.
