The video screen is placed in a rectangular frame and is fixed by means of fixation with its lower part to one of elastic plates connected by elastically damped ties with a platform-bottom of the body and buoyancy units, and by the upper part the rectangular frame is fixed to an elastic plate.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of public notification about emergencies in hard-to-access areas by efficient delivery to the place of use and provision of multi-functional operation of mobile complex, increased efficiency of noise reduction in a device during operations for emergency liquidation.
