SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a complex of alerting the public about emergencies (ES) in hard-to-reach areas. Mobile complex consists of an amphibious vehicle on the air cushion with a built-in video screen and sound devices. Such mobile complex includes a passenger lounge with a metal stamped welded frame, equipped with soundproof insulation elements.
EFFECT: it is achieved by improving the efficiency of alerting the population about emergencies in hard-to-reach areas through rapid delivery to the place of use and ensuring the multifunctional work of the mobile complex, improvement of the efficiency of noise reduction in the apparatus when performing emergency operations.
