FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A double-walled sleeve which is in a direct thermal contact with a living body comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, which specify a hollow space in the form of an annular gap or a flow structure, which contains phase-changing material (PCM), and a heat-exchange unit integrated into the sleeve. A cooling medium flows in the annular gap or flow structure, and the phase-changing material (PCM) is in heat-transfer contact with the heat-exchange unit. The phase-changing materials are regenerated by means of the heat-exchange unit preferentially continuously, also when in use.
EFFECT: invention provides creating heat collectors, which maintains the skin surface temperature, respectively the contact temperature of an object adjoining the skin within the comfortable range and simultaneously have no effect on comfortable use and/or object functions.
