Insert is characterized by that it contains: absorbent core with longitudinal axis; coating connected with absorbent core, wherein coating has first and second edges, and contact component connected with coating, wherein said contact component comprises first and second contact elements, at least partially separated from each other with cutout, wherein contact elements are made with possibility of at least partial expansion in contact with physiological fluids, when using insert.
