FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an energy conversion cycle for steam generated by a fast neutron reactor with sodium cooling. A cycle has the first stage, at which the first expansion of steam leaving a steam generator connected to the reactor is performed to bring the steam from initial state of "a fossil fuel cycle" to an intermediate state, with temperature and pressure of the above steam, which correspond to initial state of "a nuclear cycle", the second stage at which the second expansion of steam from intermediate state is performed till generation of steam in the first humid state, which is located below a steam saturation curve, the third stage at which steam is subject to drying and superheating, and the fourth stage, at which the third expansion of steam is performed to bring it from the superheated state to the second humid state.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing service life of equipment.
