FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of operation of closed heat-supply system according to which the system water is prepared at TPP and through the supply pipeline of the heat-supply system through the heating station is delivered to the heating and hot water supply system pipelines of consumers; the system water temperature in the supply pipeline of the heat-supply system is adjusted at TPP depending on ambient temperature as per schedule of central qualitative adjustment without bottom brake of the temperature curve; the system water returned via the return pipeline of the heat-supply system is delivered to TPP; the water, delivered for hot water supply is sequentially heated in the surface heater of the lower step by the mains water from the return pipeline of the heating system, then in the condenser of the heat pump unit which is used as a pre-heater of the top step, and differs by that the evaporator of the heat pump unit is connected by heating medium into the supply and return pipelines of the heating mains, hot water after the surface pre-heater of the bottom step is supplied to the condenser of the heat pump unit through the condensate cooler.

EFFECT: increased economic feasibility of operation of the closed heat-supply system, increased operation time of the heating medium unit due to use of heat potential of the system water from the supply pipeline.
