SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in wireless communication systems. The invention proposes a method, a device and a system for formation of sequence of series of data transmission time intervals, in which: Node B and the end device uses the first sequence of series of data transmission time intervals for formation of data transmission time intervals; Node B receives from radio network controller (S202) a message for specification of the second sequence of series of data transmission time intervals; Node B compares priority of the first sequence of series of data transmission time intervals with priority of the second sequence of series of data transmission time intervals (S204); Node B and the end device uses sequence of series of data transmission time intervals, which corresponds to higher priority specified by a comparison result for formation of data transmission time intervals (S206).

EFFECT: possible measurement in a compressed mode.
