FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reactor and production of olefins from oxygenators. Reactor with fluidised bed comprises reaction zone located in reactor bottom area and including solid phase bottom area and top lift-reactor. Note here that solid phase area and lift-reactor are interconnected by transition section. Separation area is located at reactor top part and including settling chamber. Besides, this system incorporates the device for fast separation of gas and solid particles, cyclone and gas gathering chamber. Note here that lift-reactor extends upward to said separation area and is connected by its outlet with inlet of the device for gas and solid particles fast separation. Outlet of the latter is connected to cyclone input via gas fast transfer channel. Note also that cyclone outlet is connected with gas gathering chamber located under reactor outlet and connected therewith. Catalyst recycling pipe is intended for return of catalyst from precipitation chamber to solid phase area. Catalyst discharge pipe for diverting of deactivated catalyst from precipitation chamber and/or solid phase area to catalyst recovery device. Catalyst return pipes are intended for return of recovered catalyst.
EFFECT: efficient production of olefins, deeper conversion of initial substances, selectivity of conversion products.
