SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmosurgery and can be used for eliminating mydriasis. Three corneal centeses are formed at an equally spaced direction from each other. A needle is inserted into an anterior chamber through the corneal centesis, and a pupillary margin of iris is slightly raised with a spatula fork underrun from a pigment leaf; the needle is pricked out from the anterior chamber at 1.0-1.5mm from the pupillary margin, and a circular blanket suture at a prick-out stitch of 1.5mm along the pupillary margin to a point respective to the localisation of the following corneal centesis. The needle is inserted sequentially through the corneal centeses starting from the position of 10 o'clock counter-clockwise and brought out by means of a guide cannula.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries and providing the high visual acuity.
