FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves closing Zinn ligament before removing the contents of the capsule sack by forming anterior lens capsule flap facing ligament rapture zone with its base. It is passed under the iris to the iris coloboma formed in the ligament rapture zone. The flap is fixed. The coloboma is to be formed by applying separate interrupted suture to the lens edge of the iris. Entering puncture and exit puncture are to be 3-4 h distant one from another. Flap fixation starts in cornea paracentesis and after extracting the contents of the capsule sack and implanting intraocular lens, continues in the formed coloboma that is concurrently sutured. A portion of the flap is cut off above the suture. EFFECT: improved vision function.
