FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises pcb with LEDs arranged uniformly over its entire area and reflector. LEDs are turned from direction of LED-based illuminator light and towards the deflector. Deflected light pass backward through pcb composed of thin strips so that area of holes between said strips makes at least 95% of the pcb entire area for reflected light flux passage. Reflector working surface is matted and features reflection factor of at least 85%. Said pcb is located directly on LED-based illuminator translucent glass to transmit a notable portion of heat power to its outer surface. Reflected light passage holes can be shaped to circle, or hemisphere, or square, or triangle, or rhomb, or oval, or hexagon, or parallelogram, or polygon, or composed of reiterating geometrical figures. Said pcb can be made of aluminium, copper or glass fibre plastic. Said reflector can be made of metal or plastic with application of light reflecting dye, or metal or plastic with high light reflecting and light dissipating properties.
EFFECT: low blinding effect, higher light yield and convective cooling properties.
