FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obtaining masterbatch of synthetic diene elastomer and silicon oxide, containing at least one silicon oxide and butadiene styrene copolymer, and to application of masterbatch for obtaining compositions of diene rubbers, intended for production of tyres. Method of obtaining masterbatch of synthetic diene elastomer and silicon oxide includes the following successive stages: doping silicon oxide with aluminium; obtaining at least one dispersion of doped in said way silicon oxide in water; bringing in contact and mixing latex of synthetic diene elastomer and water dispersion of doped silicon oxide to obtain coagulant; extraction of coagulant, drying extracted coagulant to obtain masterbatch.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain masterbatch of silicon/oxide/elastomer, obtained in "liquid" phase without application of coagulant and binding agent.
