SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a master batch diene elastomer and silicon dioxide. Method includes consecutive steps: of obtaining silicon dioxide dispersion in water; reacting and mixing of elastomer latex and an aqueous dispersion of silicon dioxide in presence of an aluminium salt to produce a coagulate; separating coagulate; drying separated coagulate to obtain a master batch. Molar content of aluminium cations, defined as number of moles of aluminium cations in aluminium salt, per unit surface of silicon dioxide, ranges from 1.15·10-6 to 5·10-6 mol/m2.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple method of producing a master batch of a "silicon dioxide-elastomer" mixture in liquid state.
