FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint-and-varnish materials, in particular to powder composition of water-redispersible paint, intended for obtaining protective-decorative coatings on non-metal substrates in construction and everyday life. Powder composition of paint includes Portland cement, inorganic pigment, hydrophobising additive, cement-hardening accelerator - CaCl2 or urea, potassium or sodium silicate, polymer binding agent - redispersible polymer of grade "Vinnapas 8031 H", dispersant, anti-caking agent - zeolite, silicone foam-extinguisher, alkylcellulose as water-retaining additive and rheology modifier, hydroxyalkylcellulose as thickening agent. Claimed paint possesses stability and is environmentally friendly.
EFFECT: coatings with claimed paint possess higher adhesion, resistance to washing away, cracking, to acidic medium and direct shock.
