SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint compositions, in particular, to powder re-dispersible compositions intended for producing protective-decorative coatings on metal, concrete, reinforced concrete, brick substrates, as well as for painting metal pipelines, internal painting of buildings and structures on brick, concrete, plastered, wood and other porous surfaces. Powder composition of water re-dispersible paint contains portland cement as inorganic binder, inorganic pigment, waterproofing additive, cement hardening accelerator, silicate, re-dispersible polymer, dispersant, anticaking agent, antifoaming agent, wetting agent, water-retaining additive, sealant, hollow microspheres, such as ceramic or glass hollow microspheres with size of 10-100 microns.

EFFECT: coating based on present re-dispersible paint has simultaneously anticorrosion, good adhesion and high heat-insulating properties.
