FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: steam turbine generator with the electric generator contains steam generating device and turbine. In the steam generating device - energy accumulator (1) a ring heating element (3) with float (4) in form of the ring securing this element on water surface is located. The heating element (3) contains a metal tube (12) with holes, inside it a metal rod is installed (13). The rod and tube are connected by means of dielectric (14), and via the capacitor (15) are connected with the electric circuit. The heating element is connected with the float by flexible wires (23). In the bottom part of the steam turbine plant the flame tubes with burner (5) and exhaust pipe in form of the spiral are located, and in top part there is the turbine (2) with rotary valve (6) and rotation gear (7). The turbine is made as two truncated cones, top (8) and bottom (9), between them, from smaller diameter to larger diameter, channels (10) are located along the spiral. When the cone diameter increases the channel width also increases. Casing of the energy accumulator (1) with turbine (2) is located in the steam discharge chamber (11).

EFFECT: pronounced decreasing of its transverse and longitudinal dimensions, thus ensuring significant saving of the expenses for installation and operation due to reduced space in the turbine hall.
