FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of dielectric fluids. Proposed device comprises casing 1 and precipitation electrodes 2, 3 made up of metal plates with passages for medium to be cleaned and baffles 4 and two perforated plates 10 made from dielectric material arranged between electrodes and on both sides of said pack of electrodes, respectively. Said electrodes are connected to high-voltage source with alternating sign of potential. Bushing 7 is arranged all around said pack and made from antivibration material, for example, rubber, and fitted between casing inner side surface and pack of electrodes with dielectric baffles. Ring 9 from material identical to that of said bushing is arranged between cover and plate on the faces of said pack of electrodes and inside said casing. Electrical cleaner casing takes up vibrations from mechanical means it is mounted on. Pack of electrodes does not take up said vibrations directly. These are transferred to antivibration bushes and rings that dampen them on being deformed. This allows resting state for electrodes to prevent premature separation of impurities accumulated on electrodes surfaces and ingress into cleaned medium.
