FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: biologically active supplement (BAS) manufacturing method involves preparation of raw material, its extraction, clarification, filtration, cooling, sublimation drying and packaging. A collection of native content of a paunch of ruminant animals, dry and powder-like berries of barberry, cranberry and hedge rose, as well as leaves of parsley, turnip and dock is used as raw material. Extraction is performed during 72 hours at the temperature of 38-42°C at the ratio of raw material to water of 2 to 1; with that, water that is used is either mineral or spring. Clarification is performed during 36 hours at the temperature of 10°C, sublimation drying is performed during 48 hours at the temperature of 38-40°C. Drying is performed during the first 5 hours at the temperature of 10°C with further increase by 5°C every hour till the temperature of 38-40°C is achieved. Filtrate is cooled during 18 hours at the temperature of minus 18°C.
EFFECT: invention allows cheapening BAS production and enlarging the range of its prophylactic effect.
