FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and petrochemical production and can be used in the construction and repair of roads, bridges and aerodromes as polymer-bitumen binder. The polymer-bitumen binder includes bitumen and a mastic compound containing asphalt, a 94-97% sulphuric acid solution and a mixture of diene hydrocarbons for producing butadiene and isoprene. The mastic compound additionally contains an aromatic extract of selective purification of oil distillates which, in a mixture with asphalt, forms an asphalt composition, components of which are taken in the following ratio, wt %: extract - 15-20, asphalt - the balance. The mastic compound additionally contains liquid polymethyl siloxane, with the following ratio of components, wt %: asphalt composition - 84-88, acid solution - 7-9, mixture of diene hydrocarbons for producing butadiene and isoprene - 3.5-6, liquid polymethyl siloxane - 1-2. The binder additionally includes the asphalt composition. Components of the polymer-bitumen binder are taken in the following ratio, wt %: mastic compound - 20-30, asphalt composition - 30, bitumen - the balance.

EFFECT: reduced ageing of the road surface based on the polymer-bitumen binder and longevity.
