FIELD: carbon materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides process of producing technical carbon from liquid hydrocarbon stock. Process comprises preliminary heating of liquid hydrocarbon stock and process air to 150-200°C, heating in shell-and-tube heat exchanger to temperature higher than fuel inflammation temperature. Combustion of fuel with process air is conducted at temperature exceeding hydrocarbon stock decomposition temperature by 200-300°C to produce smoke gas with specified content of residual active oxygen calculated in dependence on mark of obtained technical carbon. First section of recuperative heating system represents shell-and-tube heat exchanger with spirally finned tubes having winding pitch 5 to 15 mm, finning being made in discontinuous manner and, in intersection partitions, tubes are sealed with cylindrical plugs. Second section represents annular tube heat exchanger in cylindrical shell with two annular grooves. In the first annular groove, spiral turbulizing tapes are placed and second annular groove has special ribbing to provide tangential movement of air in countercurrent to movement of hot heat carrier.
EFFECT: optimized expenses on power resources ensuring adequacy of process parameters and required quality of technical carbon.
