SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to method of obtaining oil extract from sea cucumbers. Method of obtaining oil extract from sea cucumbers, possessing antioxidant and immunoprotective properties consists in preparation of entrails of sea cucumbers, their homogenisation and impact with ultrasound, after which homogenate is acidified, exposed, neutralised, homogenate is mixed with vegetable oil, obtained mixture is kept at temperature 55-60°C, after which oil extract is separated under specified conditions (versions).

EFFECT: methods make it possible to obtain oil extract of sea cucumber, possessing antioxidant and immunoprotective properties.
