FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: this process comprises measurement of pulp flow rate, moisture content and density at outlet pipe of pulp pump feeding said pulp into kiln from pulp pool. Pulp flow rate is continuously adjusted with allowance for variations in said parameters. Note here that pulp mobility is adjusted by vibrating device acting on pulp pump suction pipe at vibration frequency set to allow the pulp maximum mobility and adjusted subject to measured pulp differential pressure between pump suction pipe inlet and outlet and pump motor current. Note here that pulp flow rate is corrected in compliance with actual magnitude defined by pulp flow rate meter set at pulp pump outlet pipe. Note here that at pulp feed flow rate increase relative to preset magnitude caused by higher mobility in inlet pipe necessitates its decrease while pulp feed flow rate decrease makes it increase.
EFFECT: lower costs and higher quality of clinker.
