FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of construction materials, and namely to a wet cement production method at the baking stage of Portland cement clinker. The essence of the invention consists in a continuous automated control of slurry supply to a furnace with automatic control of a slurry pump motor installed at the slurry pool outlet and equipped with a frequency converter. For stabilisation of slurry flow, a constant slurry level is maintained in an intermediate buffer slurry accumulator, at the outlet of which a slurry flow metre and a gate valve, by means of which the specified and corrected slurry flow to the furnace is maintained in an automated mode, are installed. In addition, a provision is made for correction of a signal specifying the slurry flow to the furnace as per physical and chemical parametres of slurry, and namely as per its chemical composition, humidity and density of slurry, and calculated thermal effect of clinker formation, as well as per heating degree of the furnace housing in the zone of heat exchange devices.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption for pumping of slurry from the slurry pool to the furnace and production of clinker; improvement of productivity of process equipment, as well as stabilisation of a backing process, and as a result, improvement of produced clinker quality.
