FIELD: methods of recovery of combustible wastes; cement industry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in loading wastes containing volatile agents and mineral admixtures in kiln. Innovation of invention consists in preheating the mixture of combustible wastes containing volatile agents and mineral admixtures, settling it, draining liquid phase, separating liquid phase into liquid combustible part and water, feeding water to inlet of raw material mills, feeding the liquid combustible part to rotary kiln, separating the solid phase with residues of combustible wastes into fractions according to sizes by means of heated screen; then liquid phase is drained and is mixed with liquid phase separated at settling, fine dispersed product is fed to kiln and coarse dispersed phase is ground together with raw components of cement charge. EFFECT: complete replacement of fuel of rotary kiln with combustible wastes and recovery of mineral admixtures and dirty water at minimum harmful effect on surrounding medium. 8 cl, 1 dwg
