FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: foundation of a column with an excess settlement compensation device consists of a foundation body and anchor bolts. The composite reinforced-concrete foundation consists of a stepped solid body provided on end faces of the upper stage with four recesses with the height of 350…400 mm of a rectangular section in a plan view with support platforms for arrangement of hydraulic jacks, four anchor bolts with screw thread on one end and a welded washer on the other one, which are embedded in the foundation body and project above its surface by 500…600 mm, an assembled reinforced-concrete plate capable of vertical movement relative to the foundation and being an intermediate link between the foundation body and the column base having four platforms from below so that plungers of hydraulic jacks can be borne against them, and from above a platform for arrangement of the column base supported from the upper stage of the foundation body and having four holes for passage of anchor bolts.
EFFECT: improving technical and economic parameters of the foundation due to reducing concrete consumption and a possibility of quick elimination of excess settlement consequences.
