FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of erecting a foundation includes preparing the ground base, arranging the grillage, gradually pressing piles by jacks while the bearing structures of the building are being erected, concreting the pile cavity and forming the head of the pile. The grillage is carried out in the form of a beam with openings in the places of the proposed installation of piles and is arranged either on a prepared ground foundation or on a foundation slab, in particular, a strip foundation. Pressing the piles at the next stage, or pressing additional pile sections arranged at the previous stages, is carried out from the grillage openings, with abutting the jacks in the upper part of the openings. The grillage beams are made in the form of a socle wall, monolithic or prefabricated from foundation blocks with openings in the lower part, limited, in particular, by the foundation slab. In the places of pressing the piles in the foundation slab, openings for the piles are made, or ruptures are formed.

EFFECT: ensuring simplifying the pile pressing control simultaneously with the erection of the building and simplifying the possibility of reinforcing the foundations, if necessary, improving the method efficiency, expanding its scope of applying, simplifying the technology, reducing the material consumption of performing the works while pressing the piles.
