FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to automotive disc brakes. This brake disc comprises engaged chamber and brake ring. Brake ring inner toothed profile in engagement zone engages with the brake disc chamber toothed profile. Surfaces of brake disc chamber teeth, brake disc chamber toothed profile and surfaces of brake disc brake ring teeth feature different seats in engagement zone. Brake disc chamber features simple conical shape before engagement process and teeth cutting index diameter increasing in direction of its open end. Method of composite brake disc fabrication consists in that brake disc chamber and brake ring are interconnected. Brake ring inner toothed profile in engagement zone engages with brake disc chamber toothed profile. Brake ring inner toothed profile and/or brake disc chamber toothed profile are subjected to elastic-plastic deformation at engagement process in the zone of appropriate surfaces of teeth.
EFFECT: possibility of force closure between brake ring and brake disc.
