SUBSTANCE: in the way of transmitting information in communication systems with a NSS realizes among other things the transformation of set of information symbols of each fragment to a redundant symbol, the transformation of each of the redundant symbols into a redundant PSP with a time shift introduced thereto, generation of a redundant NSS, and transfer a set of all NSS messages combined for each fragment, while receiving detection, "soft" decisions are made (that is, in fact, solutions on possible and presumptive alternatives of the accepted symbols), after which, based on the application of the error detection procedure the decision which does not contain mistakes is selected out of the set of "soft" solutions.

EFFECT: increasing the noise immunity of information transfer.
