SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of glutarimides of general formula (I) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, medication and pharmaceutical composition on their basis, their application and method of treating diseases of upper respiratory ways, as well as to method of obtaining formula (I) derivatives of glutarimides. In general formula (I) m stands for integer from 0 to 2; Ra1 and Rc1 stand for hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl, -NH2 or hydroxygroup; Rb1, Rd1 and Re1 stand for hydrogen or C1-C6alkyl; Rf1 stands for hydrogen; R2 stands for hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl, group -C(O)OH or -C(O)OC1-C6 alkyl; R3 stands for: 5-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic group, containing from 1 to 4 heteroatoms, selected from N, O and S, optionally substituted with from 1 to 3 substituents, selected from halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, group -C(O)OH and phenyl; 6-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic group, containing 1 or 2 heteroatoms, selected from N and O, optionally substituted with halogen; 5-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, containing 1 heteroatom, selected from N and S, optionally substituted with 1 or 2 substituents, selected from C1-C6alkyl, condensed with phenyl or 6-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, containing nitrogen atom, optionally substituted with one substituent, selected from hydroxygroup or halogen; 6-membered unsaturated cyclic or heterocyclic group, containing 2 N atoms, condensed with 5- or 6-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, containing from 1 to 3 heteroatoms, selected from N and S; group of formula .
