SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new unsaturated derivatives of hydroximic acid of the formula (1): NAD⁺ wherein means phenyl optionally substituted with 1-3 substituents taken among group including R₁-alkoxy-group, halogen atom or it represents 6-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group comprising one nitrogen atom as heteroatom; C_1-2 means hydrogen atom; or R₂ in common with R₁ forms R₂-cycloalkyl group; Y mean halogen atom, hydroxy-group C_5-7 alkenoiloxegroup, X mean halogen, hydroxegroup or amino-group; C_3-22 represents group of the formula R₃ wherein -NR₄R₅ and R₄ mean independently of one another hydrogen atom, R₅-alkyl group; or R₄ and R₅ form with adjacent nitrogen atom 5- or 6-membered group that can comprise oxygen atom also and can be condensed with benzene ring; except for, its geometrical and/or optic isomers, and/or their pharmaceutically acceptable acid additive salts.
