FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for tobacco leaves drying which contains a drying chamber and an air preparation system. The drying chamber consists of one or several serially positioned similar modules each having two sections, a coupled air preparation system, one blower and two valve boxes positioned one under the other with a single vertical shaft for attachment of the valves intended for the suction and the forcing sections of the air ducts with the module coupled side walls and ceiling designed in the form of air ducts, the butt-end walls having flanges for attachment of a gate of a blind wall or for connection of the next module.

EFFECT: ensuring the drying process intensification and specific energy consumption reduction.
