FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for curing tobacco leaves which comprises a drying chamber and an air preparation system, wherein in the air preparation system the wet chamber is a U-shaped, on the one side, it communicates with the air heater, on the other side with the drying chamber, water nozzles are installed in its left part, a separator for separating droplets is located in the upper part, and a forward valve is placed in the lower part.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of the moistening process, as well as the ability to carry out the main drying process with minimal air resistance.
