The smokeless tobacco product manufacture method involves manufacture of polymer material treads having diameter equal to less than 100 mcm and threads combination with smokeless tobacco so that threads correspond to fibrous tobacco structures to produce a composite tobacco product containing a polymer material and smokeless tobacco.
