FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of flow splitting the liquid is supplied to gearing through the common inlet channel formed by the end-to-end channels 13 and 14 implemented in each working and splitting section of one part of the splitter respectively 1, 2 and 3. Liquid at the expense of difference of pressure in the common inlet channel and the end-to-end channel of the output 17 implemented in each section 1, 2 of another part of the splitter enters the common branched drainage channel formed by the drainage channels implemented in each side cover 4, in the sections 1, 2 and 3, fills it and cavities between collars formed by the recesses facing to each other. The liquid pressure in the common branched drainage channel is equal to the maximum liquid pressure established in any of sections 1, 2. Actually supplied liquid flow rate through each section 1, 2 of the splitter is determined depending on volume efficiency of the splitter, the value of liquid pressure difference in cavities of an input and output of each section 1, 2 and width of teeth of gear wheels of each section 1, 2 according a certain ratio.
EFFECT: increase of volume efficiency and providing more exact liquid flow splitting into several proportional flows.
