FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. A cuff of a measuring device for the assessment of blood pressure in accordance with the first version contains a flowing medium chamber for the application of pressure to a body, an outer cover, the first fastener for fastening to the surface and the second fastener for fastening to the surface. The outer cover has the first basic surface and the second basic surface, which includes the flowing medium chamber in the direction to one end section. The first fastener for fastening to the surface is provided in the direction to the said one end section on the first basic surface. The second fastener for fastening to the surface is provided in the direction to the other end section on the first basic surface or on the second basic surface. The outer cover is wrapped around the body in the form of a ring. The first fastener for fastening to the surface and the second fastener for fastening to the surface hold the wrapped outer cover on the body in a fixed condition. The outer cover includes the zone, in which the first fastener for fastening to the surface is provided, and the zone, in which the second fastener for fastening to the surface is provided. The width (W2) of the outer cover in the zone (R2) in at least some part is larger than the width (W1) of the outer cover in the zone (R1). The width (L2) of the second fastener for fastening to the surface in the zone (R2) in at least some part is larger than the width (L1) of the first fastener for fastening to the surface in the zone (R1). The flowing medium chamber is provided in the direction to the said one end section, which is directed to the same end section, where the first fastener for fastening to the surface is provided. The measuring device for the assessment of blood pressure contains the said cuff of the measuring device for the assessment of blood pressure, a mechanism of pumping/release, which pumps/releases the flowing medium chamber, and a receiving unit for the assessment of blood pressure which receives the blood pressure information. The cuff of the measuring device for the assessment of blood pressure in accordance with the second version contains the flowing medium chamber for the application of pressure to the body, the first outer cover, which includes the flowing medium chamber, the first fastening element, provided on the first outer cover, the second outer cover, the second fastening element, provided on the second outer cover, and a connecting element, which connects, with a possibility of rotation, the other end section of the first outer cover with one end section of the second outer cover. The first outer cover and second outer cover are wrapped around the body in the form of a ring, remaining connected to each other by means of the connecting element. The first fastening element and second fastening element hold the wrapped first outer cover and second outer cover on the body in a fixed condition.
EFFECT: inventions provide the possibility of confident cuff fitting to the measurement area.
