SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. The device comprises a cuff with a pneumatic chamber for the artery compression in the pre-set place of measurement and the use by attaching to the place of measurement during a measurement procedure. The cuff comprises a main part of the cuff in the form of a tape unfold and cylindrically fold so that its one end side and other end side overlap each other to enclose the pre-set place of measurement from the axial direction; and a rotary coupling element in the mid-position of a sandwich structure between one end side and other end side in this position, wherein one end side and other end side of the main part of the cuff overlap each other with the folded main part of the cuff, and rotating in the direction wherein an inner diameter of the cylindrical shape decreases, or in the direction wherein the inner diameter increases when coupled with one end side and other end side of the main part of the cuff. The main part of the cuff comprises a flexible element for establishing the cylindrical shape when the main part of the cuff is folded. The rotary coupling element comprises a number of teeth of the tooth wheel on an outer surface of the rotation roller. The rotation roller is actuated by a hand force or an electric motor.

EFFECT: invention provides higher usability for the patients with mutilated arms.
