SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Cuff for device for measuring blood pressure parameters contains ring-shaped main part, on peripheral surface of which holder is located. Main part includes enveloped around external surface of pneumohydraulic chamber tensioning belt and mechanism for regulation of length of belt enveloping. Winding roller of regulation mechanism is made with possibility to wind and supply belt. Displacing part of regulation mechanism is made with possibility of pulling and displacing belt in direction, in which length of its envelopment decreases. First restrictor of regulation mechanism is made with possibility of restricting increase of belt envelopment length. Second restrictor of regulation mechanism is made with possibility of restricting decrease of belt envelopment length. First and second restrictors are shaped in form of couplings of unilateral rotation installed on winding roller. Switch for selective switching, depending on whether regulation mechanism is in first or in second state, is placed in holder or on main part of cuff. In first state restriction is removed by second restrictor, restriction is applied by first restrictor and length of belt envelopment is regulated in free way only in direction, in which belt is pulled by displacing part and its length of envelopment decreases. In second state, restriction is removed by first restrictor, restriction is applied by second restrictor and length of belt envelopment is regulated in free way only in direction, in which its length of envelopment increases.
EFFECT: application of invention will make it possible to increase accuracy of measuring of blood pressure parameters.
