FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to construction and can be used for off-shutter forming of reinforced concrete articles, in particular, pavement plates. Claimed off-shutter forming consists in making the reinforcing carcass of the article by placing the lengthwise reinforcement rods on non-shutter forming bench. Said lengthwise reinforcement rods are secured and stretched on thrusts of non-shutter forming line. Mortar is placed on said non-shutter forming bench with the help of forming machine. Note here that forming machine displaces along off-shutter forming bench at mortar laying to perform vibration compaction and forming of said mortar. Note also that at reinforcing carcass forming at said bench, separators are placed thereat composed of at least one spacer and forming element. Note that said separators can support the lengthwise reinforcing rods at a definite level. Prior to placing stage, crosswise reinforcing rods are secured on at least one layer of lengthwise reinforcing rods. Mind that separator base is locked at off-shutter forming bench before placing of lengthwise reinforcing rods. After placing of lengthwise reinforcing rods the spacer is locked at the bed. After locking and stretching of all lengthwise reinforcing rods, forming element is locked at the spacer bed.

EFFECT: higher article strength.
