SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method, device and system for sending and receiving control channel information, relating to communication technologies. The method includes: when a base station schedules a first relay, selecting, by the base station, a second relay according to an optimal precoding code book selected by the first relay, where an optimal precoding code book selected by the second relay is orthogonal to the optimal precoding code book selected by the first relay; encapsulating control channel information of the first relay and control channel information of the second relay into a high-speed downlink shared control channel HS-SCCH, and scrambling the HS-SCCH; and sending the scrambled HS-SCCH to the first relay and the second relay.
EFFECT: reducing wastage of code data channels caused by limited HS-SCCH, thereby improving system throughput.
