FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to punch the holes and/or to maker welding jobs on bumper jacket. Support (9, 58) retains shell (44) at preset position. Moving tools (35, 50) are installed to displace for making punching and welding jobs in the space confined by shell (44). At least a part of tools are arranged on swing structure to be changed from folded position to working position and vise versa. As-folded, said structure (15, 17) can form free space opposite support (9) to facilitate fitting the shell thereat and to retain tools (35) in working position. This gadget can be provided with protective shield arranged at swing structure to limit the moving tool displacement space.

EFFECT: compact design, specified safe working space.
