FIELD: lifting and transport mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting and transport mechanisms, namely to mobile lifts with working platforms. Telescopic lift contains a steel frame on a wheel base, a telescopic mast fixed on the frame, consisting of stationary and movable parts, including sections interconnected by sliders and a block-chain system, including two parallel chain branches coming out of holders mounted on top of the side surface. sections of the telescopic mast, passing through the upper blocks located on the axes from above on the end surface of the sections of the movable part of the telescopic mast, and coming into the tensioners installed from below through the bars on the sections of the movable part of the telescopic mast by parallel chain branches with the section facing the previous section. On the movable part of the telescopic mast there is a working platform with a fence made of upper and lower pipes. Side steel braces, a telescopic mast extension drive, folding steel outriggers pivotally mounted on axles at the corners of the frame, and a turning unit are fixed to the frame and telescopic mast. The lift frame contains a hollow frame made of square tubes with pads located at the top and bottom of the frame, interconnected by stiffening ribs. The length of one side of the frame is longer than the other side of the frame by at least the width of the outrigger, the bottom of the frame is reinforced with a solid sheet, provided with at least one compartment for storing equipment, tools or personal belongings of the operator. In the hollow frame of the frame there are reciprocal holes for the forks of the loader, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the forks of the loader, each outrigger contains a spring retainer and a jack, including a sleeve of square section, inside which a square rod with a screw is installed through antifriction bushings of round section, connected to a ball bearing installed at the base, the side braces of the lift are not parallel to each other.
EFFECT: increased safety of use of the lift in extended performance indicators.
