FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system for removal of labels applied on reusable containers. It comprises support plate for container, two-way air cylinder to press the latter against support plate to retain container fixed therewith and mechanized brush with spinning roller driven by second two-way air cylinder to contact with container for label removal. This system comprises electrical motor to drive container support plate around axis parallel with the brush axis. Or, it reciprocates said plate perpendicular to brush axis subject to type of container the label should be removed from, e.g. from bottle, or parallelepiped-shape can. Third two-way air cylinder reciprocates spinning brush parallel with its axis to remove the labels of larger height than that of said brush. Cold water is sprayed in contact zone between brush and container for lubing purposes, prevention of overheating and ease of label residues removal.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
