FIELD: packing and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automated device for processing of fused labels and product unloading. Result is achieved by a device for use in an injection moulding machine of plastic material, which includes a label processing console equipped with a label holder at its outer end, and a product unloading console equipped with a product gripper at its outer end. Device has a stationary frame and a first linear guide device which supports the label processing console for reciprocating movement along the y-axis direction. Device also has the second linear guide device, which supports the product unloading console for reciprocal movement along the y-axis direction. First and second linear guides are directed relative to the frame so as to be movable parallel to said x-axis. Drive of the label processing console along the x-axis has the first drive motor mounted on the frame, and the first transmission connected to the specified first drive motor and to the first linear guide device. Product unloading console drive device along x-axis has a second drive motor mounted on a frame, and a second transmission connected to the second drive motor and the second linear guide device. Y-axis drive assembly includes at least one y-axis drive motor mounted on a frame, and a transmission connecting at least one y-axis drive motor to said label processing console and said product unloading console, to shift the label processing console and the product unloading console between their respective extended and retracted positions.

EFFECT: reduced duration of cycle at thin-wall injection moulding, increased stability at high speeds of components in automated device and reduced use of energy.
