SUBSTANCE: functional structure of supporting part of medical table with toroidal surgical robot system comprising vertical support casing of the medical table, in which top part is made as functionally connected with the middle bottom part fixed in the horizontal direction of the medical table, also contains fixed support surface. Two plates are implemented, their width is not below the width of the fixed medical table, and are located under it at the both sides on the fixed support surface, and these plates are combined from both sides with the flat disk made as cup-like, its diameter is not below the diameter of the toroidal surgical robot system, and is coaxially located with the vertical support casing of the medical table, at that the vertical support casing if the table is made with cone shape, and bottom part of the large diameter is secured on the top surface of the disk.
