SUBSTANCE: functional structure of supporting part of medical table with toroidal surgical robot system comprising vertical casing of the table with vertical longitudinal guides in form of the rods, that are uniformly distributed along the circle, and with rings located successively through height, bottom fixed in horizontal direction part of the medical table, and top part of the medical table with possibility of the reciprocating movement relatively to the fixed part of the medical table, and base of the medical table is located on the fixed support surface, at that the base of the medical table is made in form of a disk, its diameter is proportional to the longitudinal length of the top part of the medical table made with possibility of the reciprocating longitudinal movement, and the internal part of the disk is made with central cup-like vertical shoulder, coaxially with it on its top surface the vertical longitudinal guides in form of the rod are secured, and in the uniformly distributed rings in according to the position of the rods the holes are made, in them these rods are installed and secured, at that the top ends of the rods are secured in the middle fixed part of the medical table.
