SUBSTANCE: functional structure of the medical table support with a toroidal surgical robot system comprises a vertical table housing with vertical longitudinal guides in the form of rods uniformly distributed circumferentially with successively located adjustment coplanar rings with aligned holes, wherein the vertical rods are fixed. The upper parts of vertical rods are fixed on the lower side in the middle fixed part of the medical table where the upper part of the medical table is positioned with a possibility of reciprocating movement relative to the fixed part of the medical table where the toroidal surgical robot system is positioned with a possibility of reciprocating longitudinal movement relative to the fixed part of the medical table, and includes the medical table base, located on the stationary bearing surface of medical office floor, and its length is comparable to the length of the movable upper part of the medical table. Two intermediate fastening plates are introduced, which are fixed in their horizontal sequence. Fastening is positioned in the vertical plane orthogonal to the vertical rods sequences which are attached to them along the corresponding circumference. At two opposite edges of the intermediate fastening plates two holes are made in sequence. One hole is threaded, its thread is operatively connected to the bottom of the first two additional bars, the upper portions of which are fixed by fixing screws on both sides of the fixed part of the medical table in its lower part. The extreme holes are fixed to the second additional rods by means of fastening screws, the lower parts of which have a threaded surface and fixed on the opposite sides of the medical table base located on the fixed supporting surface of the medical office floor. The medical table base is designed as a series of interconnected horizontal plates with vertical longitudinal projections oriented along the fixed part of the medical table. Nozzles are arranged coaxially to the first and second auxiliary terminals on both sides of two intermediate fixing plates, with centering washers installed inside the base for correct orientation of the input nozzles.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the known functional structure of the medical table support with a toroidal surgical robot system and to minimize the bending strength of the vertical rods at various coplanar displacements of the medical table top and the toroidal surgical robot system.
