SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of instrument engineering and may be used to manufacture illumination devices. A ceramic carrier (10) for LEDs includes a ceramic frame (2), which is designed as a monolithic structure with heat-removing ceramic cooling elements (7), at that at the frame (2) surface (3) there are sintered metallisation areas (41) as conductive paths and the LEDs (13), which electrical connections are designed with potential electric connection to conductive paths. To attain the technical result at least two identical ceramic carriers (10) are joined into the matrix.
EFFECT: enlargement of the range of technical means.
