FIELD: electro-optical structural assemblies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electro-optical structural assembly and a method for manufacturing an electro-optical structural assembly. A structural unit (1) is proposed, consisting of at least one base plate (2), a reverse plate (3) connected to it, and an electro-optical element (4). Wherein the base plate (2) is provided with at least one conductive path (7) for connecting the electro-optical element (4) and at least one heat transfer element (5) for removing heat from the electro-optical element (4). The heat transfer element (5) is a thermally conductive functional connection between the electro-optical element (4) and the back plate (3). At the same time, a socket (6) for the heat transfer element (5) is provided in the structural MID element (2).
EFFECT: preventing overheating so that the base plate and/or the electro-optical element remain as free from heat and long-term degradation as possible.
